Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Josh Ferguson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marko Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Josh Ferguson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Marko Khan!
The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khan tries to bum rush Ferguson with a series of wild strikes but Ferguson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Khan shoots in for a takedown but Ferguson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Ferguson moves away from the strike by Khan.
Ferguson dodges the punch combination from Khan.
Ferguson shoots in but Khan avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Ferguson keeps the fight on the outside.
Khan has Ferguson up against the cage in a clinch.
Khan gets control of Ferguson's arms and successfully pulls guard. Khan will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Ferguson tries to free his leg and advance position but Khan is retaining full guard.

Khan is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Ferguson has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Khan is working away from the top position though.
Khan wants to pass the guard but Ferguson is defending well.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Ferguson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Khan sprawls well. Khan wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Ferguson gets slowly back to his feet.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Ferguson is defended easily by Khan.

Ferguson tries to bench press Khan off him but Khan keeps the position.
Khan lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Ferguson down.

Ferguson parries the strikes from Khan easily there. Khan is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Ferguson to escape.
Ferguson is trying to get back to half guard.
Khan looks up at the clock and then as Ferguson takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Khan smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Khan lands some shots froms side control.

Khan happy to just control the position for now.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ferguson manages to work his way to half guard, despite Khan's best efforts.
Ferguson has hold of Khan's hands but Khan slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Khan perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Khan passes to full mount!
