The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab, jab by Belmonte - just one landing.
A chopping leg kick lands by Johnson.
Belmonte tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Johnson is able to avoid easily.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Johnson misses with a low kick.
Belmonte scores with a sloppy right hand. Johnson should have avoided that one.
Belmonte displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Johnson throws out the jab.
A head kick from Johnson lands but Belmonte takes it in his stride.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A bone on bone clash there as Belmonte blocks the leg kick.
Belmonte throws a jab when Johnson was well out of range.
Belmonte looks to land a body kick but Johnson moved away.
Belmonte jabs Johnson to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Belmonte connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Johnson's hands.
A left lands for Belmonte.

Johnson is rocked!
Johnson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Belmonte paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Oh Johnson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Johnson throws a lazy right hand but Belmonte sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Johnson misses with a low kick.
Belmonte cracks Johnson on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Johnson falls backwards against the cage. Belmonte follows up with more strikes that drop Johnson to his knees. Belmonte keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Johnson! This one is all over!
