Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sid Savage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Imma Armoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Savage's entrance music is the scatman. A fine choice. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Imma Armoff!
The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Paul Gruel and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Savage misses with a series of wild punches.
Savage throws a series of punches but Armoff moves out of range.
Savage looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Savage throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Armoff shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Savage throws a hook but Armoff blocks it.
Savage shoots in for a double leg but Armoff sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Armoff tries for a takedown but Savage sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Savage fails with the takedown.
Armoff shoots for a double leg takedown but Savage sprawls well. He's pushed Armoff's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Sid Savage has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Imma Armoff.
Savage misses with a hook. Armoff ducked under it nicely.
Armoff shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Savage sprawls well. Savage wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Armoff gets slowly back to his feet.
Savage keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Savage misses with an uppercut.
Savage fails with a takedown attempt.
Armoff shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Savage counters with a stiff right hand.
Armoff looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Armoff wants to work for an arm triangle but Savage is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Savage keeping control of the position.
Savage regains full guard. Nicely done.
Savage is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Savage pushes Armoff off and gets back to his feet.

Armoff closes this distance looking for a takedown but Savage circles away.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Armoff dives in and grabs Savage's left leg, looking for a takedown. Savage pushes down on Armoff's head and hops out.
Horrible takedown by Armoff or perhaps it was just good defense by Savage which made him look bad.
Savage misses with a hook
and Armoff counters by clinching up.
A frustrated look appears on Savage's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Armoff has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Savage regains guard immediately.
Savage is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Savage wriggles free and stands up.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Savage with a hook.
It looks like Imma Armoff has been cut.
Armoff steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Savage.
Armoff shoots in but no luck this time.
Armoff fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Savage lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Armoff goes down and covers up as Savage starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sid Savage!
After winning the bout, Sid Savage thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
