PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sammy Sway (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marco Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Sammy Sway!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Marco Silva!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Jeff Smith and Paul Gruel.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sway tries to clinch but Silva moves out of range.
Silva tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Sway manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Sway moves in looking to clinch but Silva pushes him off.
Silva's jab looks to have found its range, popping Sway under the eye.
Sway clobbers Silva with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

It looks like Marco Silva has been cut.

Silva darts in and clinches Sway up against the cage.
Silva is struggling to control the position.
Silva fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Silva manages to break the clinch.
Sway tries to clinch but fails miserably
letting Silva counter with a right hand.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Sway gets tackled into the cage by Silva. Silva maintains the clinch.
Silva changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Sway fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Silva takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Silva is rocked!
Silva swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Sway counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Silva out cold! What a finish! Sway is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
