The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shea lands with a nice body punch.
EvanB Shea seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lee looks for a takedown but Shea sprawls well.
Shea tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lee was well out of range. Poor timing from Shea.
Shea tries to bum rush Lee with a series of wild strikes but Lee uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Lee tries to clinch but Shea moves out of range.
Shea stuffs the takedown.
Shea cracks Lee with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Lee shoots in but Shea avoids the takedown attempt easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rock Lee. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Shea lands with a shot to the body.
Shea stuffs the takedown.
Lee fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Shea avoids it really well and circles away.
Shea stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Lee is trying hard to land a takedown here. Shea sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Lee takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Shea misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Lee.
Lee is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Shea just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Lee has gone limp and this one is over!

After the fight, EvanB Shea was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
