Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leeeeooooooorrrrrryyyyy Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hairik Hunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jenkins comes to the cage accompanied by Mortal Kombat. Hunt comes into a darkened arena with his song building. If You're Gonna Be Dumb kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Hairik Hunt told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jenkins closes the distance and pushes Hunt back into the cage.

Hunt breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Hunt takes the fight into the clinch.
Jenkins tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Hunt has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Hunt escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hunt moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

It looks like Leeeeooooooorrrrrryyyyy Jenkins has been cut.

Jenkins is looking to clinch but Hunt is avoiding it.
Jenkins shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Hunt thuds a left hand into Jenkins's body.
Jenkins is breathing heavily.
Hunt swats away the attempt to clinch by Jenkins.
Hunt misses with a series of wild punches.

Jenkins tries to clinch but Hunt is having none of it.
Jenkins moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Hunt takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Hairik Hunt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jenkins doesn't manage to clinch there - Hunt circles away.
Hunt pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Hunt moves into range and clinches up with Jenkins.

Hunt wants to break free but Jenkins has control.

Hunt's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Jenkins walks into a jab.
Hunt lands a jab-cross combination.

Leeeeooooooorrrrrryyyyy Jenkins's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Jenkins tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Hunt manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Hunt clinches.
Jenkins is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Hunt to keep the fight standing.

Jenkins gets control of Hunt's arms and successfully pulls guard. Jenkins will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Jenkins has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hunt can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hunt wants to get up but he can't break Jenkins's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hunt seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Jenkins is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Hunt rolls with it to try and escape but Jenkins cranks on the arm and Hunt is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
