The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bernard moves into the clinch successfully.
Bosz tries to break the clinch but Bernard is controlling the position.

Bernard wants the takedown. Bosz is fighting it off but Bernard persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Bosz's guard against the cage.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Bernard lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Bernard passes Bosz's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bernard is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Bosz has managed to free his arm - good work.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bosz is trying to stick to Bernard's back but Bernard is turning into Bosz. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Bosz's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Bernard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bernard accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Bosz has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Bernard to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Bosz is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Bernard pulls down on the head and he's put Bosz to sleep! This one is all over!
