The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Julien is looking to clinch but Sotto is avoiding it.
Julien throws a wild body kick that Sotto sees coming a mile off.
Julien clinches up with Sotto and pushes him back against the ropes.
Julien's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Julien lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
It looks like Vic Sotto has been cut.
Sotto looks to land a combination. Julien sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
It looks like Rodriguez Julien has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Julien takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Julien throws a sloppy head kick and Sotto moves out of range easily.
Rodriguez Julien seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Julien throws a poor cross that misses
and Sotto counters with a nice body shot.
Julien plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Julien is breathing heavily.
Sotto lands with a good body shot.
Sotto avoids the head kick by Julien.
Julien loses concentration momentarily and Sotto pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Julien crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Sotto finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
