Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Shane Doby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lee Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Doby comes to the cage accompanied by International Players Anthem. Wilson has chosen Alice In Chains- Them Bones as his entrance music. Lee Wilson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Yves DeLean and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilson misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Doby takes one on the button.
Doby misses with a wild body shot.
Wilson throws a shot from downtown. Doby moves away and avoids it.
Wilson scores with a body shot.
Wilson drives through with a takedown into guard.
Doby controls Wilson momentarily but Wilson frees himself.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Doby is on top in guard.

Doby looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Wilson with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This has been an exciting period of action!

The fighters are battling for position here. Doby manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Doby has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Wilson tries to free his leg and advance position but Doby is retaining full guard.
Doby is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Wilson defends well.

Wilson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Doby has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Wilson has managed to get both his arms back between Doby's legs - danger averted.

Doby has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Wilson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Lee Wilson dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Doby loads up on a big right hand but Wilson slips the punch.
Doby looks to throw the jab but Wilson is out of range.

Doby on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Doby walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Lee Wilson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Wilson scores with a hook to the body. Doby takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Wilson closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Wilson cracks Doby with a big right hand but Doby just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Doby closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Wilson's guard.

Doby stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Wilson swivels though and keeps the full guard.

He's locked it up tight! Wilson's face has turned purple! Will he tap? Will he! YES! He's tapped! Doby picked his opening and made it count! Great finish!
