Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Lister or perhaps it was just good defense by Johnson which made him look bad.
Johnson shoots for a double leg takedown but Lister sprawls well. He's pushed Johnson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Lister misses with the combination.

Lister moves into the clinch.

Johnson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lister shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Johnson pinned against the cage. Johnson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Lister stuffs the takedown attempt from Johnson. Johnson gets slowly back to his feet.

Lister gets a takedown into half guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Lister throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Johnson has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Lister is working away from the top position though.
Johnson wants to improve his position but Lister is controlling well.

Lister maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Johnson could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Lister has cracked it and Johnson is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Lister!
