Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Declan McCready (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peregrin Broadfoot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Broadfoot has chosen I Killed the Pirates as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Ryoma Takatsuka and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCready scores with a spinning back kick!
Broadfoot moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Broadfoot takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Broadfoot crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from McCready - the referee stops the clock and Broadfoot gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says McCready. Broadfoot manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
McCready fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Broadfoot.
McCready throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Declan McCready seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Broadfoot takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Broadfoot tries for a takedown but McCready sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

McCready leaves Broadfoot with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

McCready connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Broadfoot momentarily.

Broadfoot changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. McCready tries to avoid it but Broadfoot manages to keep hold of a leg and drag McCready to the ground. McCready escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
