Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rudy Lasik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Sparrow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rudy Lasik!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jack Sparrow!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Saam Ante and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lasik scores with a one two! Sparrow had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Lasik defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Sparrow.
Sparrow changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lasik tries to avoid it but Sparrow manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lasik to the ground. Lasik escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Sparrow tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Sparrow shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Lasik counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Rudy Lasik has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jack Sparrow.
Lasik slaps away a takedown attempt from Sparrow, before circling back to the center of the mat.

and Lasik counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
It looks like Jack Sparrow has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Lasik drops Sparrow with a left right combo! Lasik follows him down to the ground into side control.
Sparrow is rocked!
Sparrow struggling a bit here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sparrow is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Lasik's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Lasik tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Sparrow.
Lasik knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sparrow on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sparrow wants to control but Lasik is keeping busy.
Lasik is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lasik is looking to stand up but he'll have to free his leg first. Instead, Sparrow manages to get to full guard.
Sparrow is looking for a triangle but Lasik pushes his legs off easily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lasik wanted to stand there but Sparrow had control of the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lasik is sitting in close to Sparrow's body. Sparrow has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Lasik is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Lasik is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Sparrow.
