The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saxon fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Schwensen stalling away here and it's allowed Saxon to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
Schwensen postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Saxon escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Schwensen gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Schwensen trying to control the position from guard on top but Saxon is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Schwensen content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Schwensen stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Saxon swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Saxon is looking to sinch up a triangle. Schwensen throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Saxon's body to avoid the submission. Saxon has instead reached around Schwensen's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Saxon arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
