The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Omera attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Jaws looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Omera is fending him off so far but Jaws persists. Nope, Omera circles away and we're back to standing.
Jaws looks for a takedown but Omera sprawls well.
AJ Omera seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Jaws wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Omera.

Jaws shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Jaws manages to capitalize on a mistake by Omera to take his back!

Omera wants to control his opponent's hands but Jaws gets his hands free.
