Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bill Hicks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Esteban Vega (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hicks might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Bang Your Head. Vega is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Dead N Gone. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Hicks. Vega does a little dance to reset his feet.

and Vega counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Hicks fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Hicks moves forwards but Vega connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Hicks avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Vega feints and then cracks Hicks's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Hicks down.
Vega throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hicks stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
