Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Percy King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Corbean Transler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Transler with that takedown attempt.
King tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Transler manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Transler working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. King doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. King manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
King slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

King decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Transler lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Transler looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

King takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Transler really doesn't want to stay on the ground with King. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

Transler feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
