The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ortiz misses with a body kick.
Ortiz throws a looping overhand right but Borschev ducks down to avoid it.
Borschev connects with a solid leg kick.
A nice inside leg kick there by Ortiz. That's going to slow Borschev down.
Ortiz blocks a leg kick.
Borschev gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Ortiz.
Borschev lands a leg kick that knocks Ortiz off balance momentarily.
Ortiz is breathing heavily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Borschev fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Borschev throws a head kick that misses.
Ortiz has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Borschev.
A nice leg kick lands there from Borschev.
Borschev looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Borschev backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Ortiz's temple! It sends Ortiz violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Borschev celebrates and the doctors try to help Ortiz!
