Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dee Stirling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Erich Fassbender (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Erich Fassbender!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Daniel Blasius and Aafke Stam.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stirling throws a good cross that connects.
Stirling misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Fassbender shoots in for a takedown but Stirling shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Fassbender looks to score with a jab to the body but Stirling is just out of range.
Fassbender lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Stirling circles away quickly and effectively.
Stirling fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Fassbender is looking to clinch.
Stirling swinging wildly here.

Fassbender darts in and clinches Stirling up against the cage.
Fassbender wants to break free but Stirling has control.

Fassbender pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Fassbender falls off balance throwing a combination
and Stirling makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Fassbender tries to close the distance and clinch up but Stirling swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Fassbender gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Stirling counters with a stiff right hand.
Stirling scores with a jab to the head.
The fight stays on the outside here - Fassbender looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Fassbender throws a combination that misses
and Fassbender takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Fassbender looks gassed!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Stirling avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Fassbender fails with an attempt to clinch.
Fassbender tries to clinch up but Stirling circles away and keeps his distance.
Fassbender tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Stirling paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Dee Stirling is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Stirling throws a nice looking combination but Fassbender bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Stirling misses with a series of wild punches.
Fassbender fails with an attempt to clinch.
Stirling connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Fassbender throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Stirling goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Fassbender is rocked!
Fassbender is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Stirling just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Fassbender has gone limp and this one is over!
