Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Doug Graves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrew Diotte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Graves's entrance music is Alvarez. A fine choice. Diotte has chosen Cypress Hill - I Want 2 Get High as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Graves throws out a leg kick but Diotte moves out of range and Graves only half commits.
Graves fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Graves keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Graves is looking to clinch but Diotte is avoiding it.
Graves tries to clinch up.
The fighters circling - Graves throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Diotte scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Graves creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Graves has Diotte pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Diotte is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Graves - that's hurt Diotte badly! Oh, another knee lands and Diotte is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Diotte doesn't seem to be complaining.
