Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Humberto Cruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Colin Hendry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cruz comes to the cage accompanied by Deja Vu. Hendry has chosen Seed - By Sublime as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cruz is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Hendry cracks Cruz with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Hendry swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

It looks like Colin Hendry has been cut.
Cruz tries for a takedown but Hendry sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
A looping hook to the body misses from Cruz. Hendry does a little dance to reset his feet.
Cruz bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

An inside leg kick lands from Cruz.
Hendry shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Cruz eats them both and turns towards Hendry to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Cruz misses with a low kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hendry drops Cruz with a beautiful combination! Cruz stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Hendry is looking for the KO!

Hendry throws the left hand but Cruz avoids the punch easily.
Oh Cruz is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hendry swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Hendry throws a jab but it's blocked by Cruz.

and Hendry takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Hendry lands a slapping body shot.

Cruz steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Hendry.

Hendry moves in close and cracks Cruz with a massive right hand! Cruz, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by Hendry!

In his post fight interview, Colin Hendry started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
