Maximus closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Maximus lands in his opponent's guard.
Maximus working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Phenquier's head.

Phenquier wants to stand but Maximus is controlling the position.

Maximus distracts Phenquier with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Maximus keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Phenquier's head.
Phenquier wants to stand up but Maximus is controlling him.
Maximus lands a couple of elbows.

Phenquier is rocked!
Maximus has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Maximus makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Oh Phenquier is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Maximus scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Maximus loads up on a big left hand. Phenquier felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Maximus looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Phenquier can't hide his disappointment, as Maximus celebrates the victory.
