Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ben Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Huw Alen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Huw Alen is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ben Jackson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Huw Alen!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Paul Tew and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson takes the fight into the clinch.
Alen misses with a punch to the body.
Jackson stalling.
Alen tries to throw a body punch but Jackson avoids it by throwing Alen back against the cage.
Alen is looking to control Jackson's arms but Jackson gets an underhook and turns him. Now Alen has his back to the cage.
Jackson is pushing Alen up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Jackson makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Jackson's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Jackson gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Alen wants to control position but Jackson is using a can opener to pass guard... He's turned it into a full on guillotine from mount now! Big trouble for Alen here! He's turning a lovely shade of purple and yep! He's tapping out! I would say world class Jiu Jitsu but is it really? It was nice but let's not get silly about it.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Ben Jackson!
In his post fight interview, Ben Jackson started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
