The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Konstantin Menshow and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz darts in and clinches Furer up against the cage.
Furer wants a takedown.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Diaz moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Diaz lands a big uppercut and Furer crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Furer looks OK. Diaz waves Furer back to his feet!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Diaz rushes Furer and presses him up against the cage.
Diaz lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Furer.
Diaz lands a vicious elbow to the side of Furer's head that scrambles his senses and sends him wobbling down to the canvas! Diaz tries to finish him with strikes but Furer still seems able to defend himself so Diaz steps back and lets Furer get back to his feet - he wants no part of the ground game.
It looks like Mink Furer has been cut.
A solid leg kick lands there for Diaz.
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Diaz engages and cracks Furer with a massive lead left hook - Furer tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Diaz is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Nick Diaz!
