The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ladi throws a lazy right hand but De Noteboom sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

De Noteboom shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Ladi's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

De Noteboom steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Ladi. That one must have hurt.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

De Noteboom sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

That was a close second round but I would say that Robert De Noteboom will probably get the nod.
That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!

De Noteboom closes the distance and clinches up with Ladi, looking for a takedown. De Noteboom pushes Ladi against the cage but Ladi circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
A head kick misses from Ladi.
Ladi misses with a hook. De Noteboom ducked under it nicely.
De Noteboom shoots in for a takedown but Ladi shows good takedown defense.
De Noteboom ducks right into an uppercut from Ladi.
De Noteboom takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Oh De Noteboom is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ladi drops De Noteboom with a big left hand! De Noteboom is injured, injured bad! Ladi jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
