Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Min Sanity (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kroy Vega (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vega has chosen Bad Company as his entrance music. Min Sanity had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 156.2lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Ryoma Takatsuka and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanity fails to land the takedown.
Vega throws a hook but Sanity blocks it.
Vega misses with a looping right.
Vega pivots, looking for a leg kick but Sanity is out of range and Vega settles back down.
Vega bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Sanity's head.
Vega works the jab nicely.
A left lands for Vega.
Vega slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Kroy Vega seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sanity walks into a straight right hand from Vega.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Vega scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Vega moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Sanity moves away from the strike by Vega.
Vega stuffs the takedown attempt from Sanity. Sanity gets slowly back to his feet.
Vega's jab looks to have found its range, popping Sanity under the eye.
Sanity is rocked!
Vega pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Vega moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Sanity on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Vega. Vega obviously looking to wear him down.
Sanity looks up at the clock. Bad move! Vega lands a right hand from hell, dropping Sanity. Vega pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kroy Vega!
During a confident post fight interview, Kroy Vega thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
