Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Josh Howell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stanley Wiggins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Howell comes into the arena with American Badass blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Wiggins.
Howell misses the shot to the body.
Wiggins rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Howell moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Wiggins throws a body punch but Howell moves out of range.
Wiggins tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Howell was well out of range. Poor timing from Wiggins.
Wiggins takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Wiggins lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

It looks like Josh Howell has been cut.
Howell is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

It looks like Stanley Wiggins has been cut.
A punch lands to the side of Wiggins 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Wiggins lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Howell circles away quickly and effectively.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

and Howell connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Howell throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Wiggins throws a big shot that misses.
Wiggins falls off balance throwing a combination
and Howell counters with a big head kick but Wiggins shrugs it off.
Wiggins throws a sloppy body shot
and Howell cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Howell staying out of range there.
Howell takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

Stanley Wiggins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Howell fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Wiggins manages to avoid it.

Wiggins throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Howell.
Wiggins jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

Howell throws a lazy right hand but Wiggins sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Wiggins takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

That has opened up Stanley Wiggins's cut even more.

Oooooh!!! Howell has knocked Wiggins down with a huge combo! Howell steps away and waves a wobbly Wiggins back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Howell closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Wiggins! Howell dives in looking to finish! Wiggins is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
