Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sheldon Chaykin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Desmond Miles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Sheldon Chaykin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Desmond Miles!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Damien Edna and Winston Howard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miles closes this distance looking for a takedown but Chaykin circles away.
Chaykin throws a low kick but Miles avoids it.
Chaykin changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Chaykin misses with a low kick.
Miles looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Chaykin feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Miles's calf.

Chaykin gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Miles is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Miles postures up in Chaykin's guard and throws a big left but Chaykin blocks it.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Miles misses with a series of wild punches.
Chaykin swings widly with a right hand
and Miles counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Miles fails with a takedown attempt.
Chaykin comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Miles looks for a takedown but Chaykin sprawls well.
Sheldon Chaykin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Desmond Miles.

Miles scores with a one two! Chaykin had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Chaykin stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Chaykin wants it to stay on the feet.
Miles shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Chaykin as he avoids it easily.
Miles looks to land a combination. Chaykin sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Miles scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Chaykin doesn't seem bothered though.

Chaykin throws a hook but Miles blocks it.
Sheldon Chaykin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chaykin thuds a left hand into Miles's body.
The crowd cheers as Chaykin lands an impressive looking overhand right. Miles doesn't seem phased though.
Chaykin is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Miles moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.

In his post fight interview, Desmond Miles started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
