Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Riley McCollins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aodhan o hAodha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think McCollins might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Go Getter. o hAodha has chosen Cursum Perficio by Enya as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Paul Gruel and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
o hAodha scores with a jab to the body.
McCollins lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
It looks like Aodhan o hAodha has been cut.
McCollins tries to land a front kick but o hAodha steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
o hAodha misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
o hAodha shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. McCollins defends it nicely.
Nice straight punches there by McCollins. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of McCollins.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
o hAodha tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but McCollins paws at him with a jab and circles away.
o hAodha throws a shot from downtown. McCollins moves away and avoids it.
o hAodha shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
McCollins is trying to stand back up but o hAodha is controlling him

o hAodha throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
o hAodha wants to take a breather but McCollins is having none of it.
McCollins pushes o hAodha off looking to stand but o hAodha dives back in and keeps control.
o hAodha has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
o hAodha thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed McCollins's head.
McCollins kicks off o hAodha and gets to his feet.
McCollins lands with a good body shot.
McCollins scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
A nice leg kick lands there from McCollins.
McCollins rushes o hAodha and presses him up against the cage.
This has been an exciting period of action!
o hAodha misses with a shot to the kidneys.
o hAodha goes for a takedown in the clinch but McCollins prevents it.
o hAodha is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but McCollins is keeping busy.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
McCollins softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
o hAodha tries to land knees in the clinch but McCollins avoids the damage to the body.
McCollins's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
o hAodha clinches.
o hAodha wants to break free but McCollins has control.
McCollins breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
o hAodha drives through with a takedown into guard.
o hAodha in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
o hAodha throws a big elbow that misses.
o hAodha is in close to McCollins's body, working some short punches and elbows.
o hAodha trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
o hAodha trying to control the position from guard on top but McCollins is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
o hAodha stops McCollins from standing up.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
o hAodha trying to control but McCollins is working from the bottom.
o hAodha tries to free his leg and advance position but McCollins is retaining full guard.
o hAodha missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
o hAodha postures up in McCollins's guard and throws a big left but McCollins blocks it.
o hAodha trying to control the position from guard on top but McCollins is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
McCollins wants to sweep here but o hAodha controlling him for the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Aodhan o hAodha hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
o hAodha is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by McCollins.
o hAodha misses the shot to the body.
o hAodha throws a head kick but McCollins moves out of range.
McCollins throws a right and a left that both miss.
o hAodha throws a leg kick
and McCollins counters with a left and a right that stings o hAodha.
McCollins misses with a few strikes there.
Donk. McCollins catches o hAodha right on the button with a cross.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
McCollins tries to clinch up.
o hAodha misses with the body kick
and McCollins counters with a nice low kick that buckles o hAodha's knee momentarily.
o hAodha lands a head kick. McCollins smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Riley McCollins will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Aodhan o hAodha's cut.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Danga de danga de dang - McCollins scores with a four punch combination!
McCollins fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
o hAodha lands with a hook. McCollins tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
o hAodha misses the jab.
o hAodha jabbing away but nothing is landing.
McCollins tries a head kick but it misses.
McCollins misses the shot to the body.
McCollins blocks a jab.
o hAodha closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
o hAodha misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
o hAodha throws a series of punches but McCollins moves out of range.
McCollins misses with a kick to the body.
o hAodha moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
o hAodha is rocked!
That has opened up Aodhan o hAodha's cut even more.
That's one minute gone in the round.
o hAodha with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling McCollins to score with a decent uppercut.
o hAodha is still on wobbly legs! Can McCollins finish him?
McCollins drops o hAodha with a naaaaasty hook - o hAodha is in real trouble here! McCollins dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:15 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Riley McCollins!
