Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Geronimo Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeedo Kimura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Santos.

Santos shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Kimura tries to hold on but Santos postures up.
Kimura is wriggling around trying to escape.

Kimura might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Santos kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Santos will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Kimura sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Santos frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Kimura tries to escape but Santos has the hooks in and won't let him break free.

Kimura reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Kimura taps out! Nice BJJ there by Santos!
