Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between ZyD XyD X (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maple Leaf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). ZyD XyD X has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leaf will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Leaf is defended easily by XyD X.

XyD X thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Leaf if he has to take too many more of those.

XyD X stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and XyD X wants it to stay on the feet.

Leaf drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but XyD X manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Leaf has XyD X in his guard.

Leaf looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! XyD X has picked Leaf up and slammed him! Leaf can't keep hold of the triangle and XyD X manages to pass to side control!

XyD X is taking a breather. Leaf says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
XyD X seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Leaf does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
XyD X knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Leaf on the ground.

That was a close round but I would say that ZyD XyD X will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Leaf crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from XyD X - the referee stops the clock and Leaf gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says XyD X. Leaf manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Leaf moves in looking to clinch but XyD X pushes him off.
Leaf tries to score a power double leg takedown but XyD X sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Leaf somewhat.
