The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Gregory Folan and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Richard with a lazy takedown attempt
and Williams counters with a stiff right hand.
Richard wants to clinch but Williams slips to the side
and Williams counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Richard gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Williams makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Richard has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Richard misses with a takedown
and Williams counters with a stiff right hand.

Richard shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Williams counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Remo Williams is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Williams jabs at Richard's body.
Richard tries for a takedown but Williams circles away easily
and Williams counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Williams Rushes Richard and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Richard is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Williams Piles on the pressure and Richard crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
