Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Victorian Greyjoy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jean Claude Van Damme (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Van Damme is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Angels . Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Ren Mimura and Kenichi Hosakawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Greyjoy forces Van Damme back against the cage and clinches.
Van Damme is trying to break the clinch but Greyjoy has him pressed against the cage.
Van Damme is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Greyjoy has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Van Damme is trying to keep an underhook but Greyjoy manages to get the takedown into half guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Greyjoy seems to be working for a kimura but Van Damme defends the submission attempt.
Greyjoy wants to lay and pray for a moment but Van Damme keeps working.
Van Damme tries to kick Greyjoy off but Greyjoy keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Greyjoy is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Van Damme is just riding it out for now. Greyjoy eventually gives up the hold.

Greyjoy is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Van Damme has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Van Damme tries to hold on but Greyjoy postures up.
Van Damme is looking to improve his position but Greyjoy isn't that keen on the idea.

Greyjoy is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Van Damme can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Greyjoy has hold of Van Damme's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Van Damme manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Greyjoy is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Van Damme to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Van Damme shrugs it off.

Van Damme has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Greyjoy throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Van Damme was covering up waiting for the punch and Greyjoy finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Greyjoy is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Van Damme can do to turn this around?

Greyjoy is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Van Damme is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Van Damme has escaped and now he's on top!

Greyjoy manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Van Damme on his heels. He'll look to pass Van Damme's guard now, I'm sure.
