Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nong Noksam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Takeo Imanari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Noksam swinging wildly here.
Imanari avoids a punch combination nicely.
Noksam misses with a double jab.
Noksam fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Noksam tries to bum rush Imanari with a series of wild strikes but Imanari uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Noksam slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Noksam throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

It looks like Takeo Imanari has been cut.
Noksam throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Imanari.
Noksam shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Imanari eats them both and turns towards Noksam to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Imanari gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Noksam tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Imanari's elbow.
Noksam throws a head punch that misses.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Imanari tries to pull guard but Noksam won't allow it.
Imanari tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Noksam smiles and moves away.
Imanari keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Noksam swings for the body but Imanari moves out of range.
Noksam circles away from the clinch attempt.

Imanari shoots in and gets a takedown into Noksam's guard.
Imanari is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Imanari is pushing down on Noksam's leg trying to pass to half guard. Noksam is fighting to maintain full guard but Imanari has managed to sneak the leg through.

Noksam is in trouble now - Imanari has advanced to mount!

Imanari working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Noksam turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Imanari off and cradles Noksam's limp body as Imanari celebrates with his corner.
