Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Larry Hernandez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyell Gold (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hernandez dips to his left and cracks Gold with an uppercut!
Hernandez looks to throw the jab but Gold is out of range.
Hernandez scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Hernandez rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Gold moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Nice sprawl there from Hernandez as Gold shoots in.
Gold is trying hard to land a takedown here. Hernandez sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
The crowd cheers as Hernandez lands an impressive looking overhand right. Gold doesn't seem phased though.
Gold takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
No luck for Gold with that takedown attempt.
Larry Hernandez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kyell Gold.
Hernandez looks to score with a jab to the body but Gold is just out of range.
Gold avoids the body shot from Hernandez.
Gold shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hernandez as he jumps to the side.
Good standup being displayed there by Hernandez as he connects with a hook.
Gold shoots for a double leg takedown but Hernandez sprawls well. He's pushed Gold's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Jab, jab by Hernandez - just one landing.
Hernandez tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Gold was well out of range. Poor timing from Hernandez.
A combination from Hernandez does no damage.
Larry Hernandez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Hernandez, as that shot connected.

Hernandez uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Gold takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Gold fails to land the takedown.
Hernandez misses with a straight right.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Gold is defended easily by Hernandez.
Hernandez throws an ugly left hook that misses

and Gold counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Hernandez's guard now.
Hernandez pulls Gold in close to prevent any damage.
Gold slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Gold tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Gold has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hernandez wants to control but Gold postures up.

Gold is working to tighten is grip on Hernandez's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Hernandez has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Gold is really squeezing tight and eventually Hernandez passes out! Gold breaks the hold and jumps onto the ropes to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
