Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Samir Vasquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gunnar Jensen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jensen has chosen Devour as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jensen bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Vasquez's head.

Vasquez scores with a takedown into Jensen's guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Jensen wants to stand up but Vasquez is controlling him.

Vasquez feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Jensen lands a big right hand that sends Vasquez crashing to the mat! Jensen stays standing though and waves Vasquez back to his feet!
Jensen throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Vasquez stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Jensen tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Vasquez's elbow.
With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Jensen creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Jensen works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Jensen throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Vasquez works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Jensen tries to free his leg and advance position but Vasquez is retaining full guard.

Vasquez is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Jensen defends well.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Vasquez wants to get back to his feet but Jensen is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Vasquez is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
The fight stays on the outside here - Jensen looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Jensen lands with an overhand left.
Jensen throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Vasquez's waist but Vasquez gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jensen off to one side.

Jensen sends Vasquez crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Jensen is motioning to the referee to let Vasquez up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Jensen throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Vasquez is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the ropes! Wow!
