Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dwayne Howard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kenny Finch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Howard's entrance music is Immortality by Pearl Jam. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Jorge Garcia and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Finch.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Finch tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Finch looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Howard is avoiding damage well.

Howard is pushing Finch's head away, looking to escape. Finch manages to hold on to the position though.

Finch fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Howard sprawls well initially but Finch persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Howard counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Howard takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Finch sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Howard is in a horrible position here. Finch smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

A big strike lands for Finch! That's really hurt Howard and he's turned his back - Finch keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Finch jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
