PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Ezekiel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kenji Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Johnny Ezekiel has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Johnny Ezekiel seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Silva bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Ezekiel's head backwards.

Ezekiel looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Silva is fending him off so far but Ezekiel persists. Nope, Silva circles away and we're back to standing.

Ezekiel shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Silva sprawls well. Silva wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Ezekiel gets slowly back to his feet.

Silva is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
