Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Minde Drabulis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Elliot Olivier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drabulis fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Olivier manages to avoid it.
Drabulis misses with a kick to the body

and Olivier counters with a nice double leg into guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Drabulis is on top in guard.

Olivier shoots for a double leg takedown but Drabulis sprawls well. He's pushed Olivier's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Olivier is taking a breather. Drabulis says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Olivier in particular looking to stall.

Olivier throws a sloppy head kick and Drabulis moves out of range easily.
Olivier throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
The fight stays on the outside here - Drabulis looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Olivier shoots in and bounces Drabulis off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Olivier misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Drabulis moves in looking to clinch but Olivier pushes him off.
Drabulis tries to land a front kick but Olivier steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Drabulis looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Olivier is fending him off so far but Drabulis persists. Nope, Olivier circles away and we're back to standing.

Olivier is working for a rear naked choke. Drabulis is not defending it well and Olivier has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Drabulis refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Drabulis's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
