Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Taylor Ryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Mulligan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ryan shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Mulligan but Mulligan pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Mulligan throws a series of punches but Ryan avoids them all with ease.
Ryan doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Ryan drops his hands momentarily and Mulligan takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Ryan has a takedown stuffed.
Ryan closes this distance looking for a takedown but Mulligan circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Taylor Ryan. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Mulligan pushes Ryan up against the cage in a clinch.

Mulligan breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Mulligan dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Ryan. That did some damage!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Mulligan digs a good hook to Ryan's body.
Ryan shoots for a takedown but Mulligan saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Ryan is breathing heavily.

Mulligan keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Ryan shoots in for a double leg but Mulligan sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Oh Ryan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mulligan connects with an inside leg kick.
Ryan seems to have got his legs back now.
Mulligan lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Mulligan drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Ryan right on the button. Ryan goes down! Mulligan follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Mulligan gets the win via TKO!

Michael Mulligan decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
