Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Saku Ear (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Hulse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Saku Ear!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mark Hulse!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Aleksandr Martynov and Valeri Chadov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Ear.

Hulse moves into the clinch.
Ear tries to circle away but Hulse has him pinned against the cage.
Ear is looking to break free of the clinch but Hulse has double underhooks.
Ear wants to break free but Hulse has control.
Ear tries to break free but Hulse pushes him back against the cage.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Ear tries to circle away but Hulse has him pinned against the cage.
Ear has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
A short body shot lands from Hulse as the two fighters clinch.
Ear working hard to break the clinch.
Ear tries to break the clinch but Hulse is controlling the position.
Hulse fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Hulse has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Ear is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Hulse keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Ear's efforts to push away.

Ear breaks from the clinch.

Hulse instigates a clinch.
Hulse tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Ear smiles and moves away.
Saku Ear has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mark Hulse.
Hulse steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Ear.

Hulse rushes Ear and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Hulse has picked Ear up - he's going for a ride! Hulse dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Hulse moves nicely into side control.
Ear is trying to buck Hulse off.

Hulse postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Ear wants to get back to his feet.
Hulse is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Ear will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hulse tries to advance to mount but Ear denies him.
Sloppy strikes there by Hulse.
Hulse is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Ear's shoulder. That is not cool.
Ear pushes Hulse away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Hulse gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

It looks like Hulse might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ear wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

Hulse stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Hulse tries to circle away but Ear has him pinned against the cage.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Hulse moves out of range as Ear strikes.

Hulse tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ear paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Ear scores with a head kick. Hulse tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Ear lands with a good body shot.

and Ear counters with a stiff right hand.
Nice sprawl there from Ear as Hulse shoots in.
Ear sizes up Hulse with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Ear looks to score with a jab to the body but Hulse is just out of range.

Hulse shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Hulse fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Ear throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Ear fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hulse manages to avoid it.

Ear's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Ear fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hulse manages to avoid it.
Ear lands a nice hook to Hulse's body. Hulse takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Hulse avoids the body shot from Ear.
Hulse dives in and grabs Ear's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ear pushes down on Hulse's head and hops out.
Ear throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Ear is trying to push Hulse away but Hulse has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Ear can't break the clinch.
Ear has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
