The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nijmeijer moves away from the strike by Ramos.
Ramos shoots in looking for a takedown but Nijmeijer manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Ramos's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
A cross from Ramos lands.
Nijmeijer slips under a jab from Ramos.
Good leg kick by Nijmeijer there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Nijmeijer connects with a solid leg kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ramos tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Ramos is breathing heavily.
Nijmeijer lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Nijmeijer dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Ramos. That did some damage!

Nijmeijer cracks Ramos with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Nijmeijer has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Ramos to stand back up!
Ramos tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Nijmeijer is looking to slow Ramos down with leg kicks.

Nijmeijer feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Ramos sprawling to the canvas! Ramos rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Nijmeijer finish him?!

Ramos is rocked!
Nijmeijer connects with a leg kick. Ramos looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Nijmeijer feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Ramos's calf.
An inside leg kick lands from Nijmeijer.

Nijmeijer lands a nice leg kick that just misses Ramos's sensitive parts.

Nijmeijer lands a big uppercut and Ramos crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Ramos looks OK. Nijmeijer waves Ramos back to his feet!

Nijmeijer ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Ramos out cold! The fight is over!
