Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Reinaldo Rodrigues!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Emerson Jorge and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Souza fails with a takedown attempt.
De Souza shoots in looking for a takedown but Rodrigues manages to keep the fight standing, pushing De Souza's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Rodrigues lands a front kick.
De Souza connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
De Souza shoots in and bounces Rodrigues off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
De Souza tries to free his leg and advance position but Rodrigues is retaining full guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Rodrigues has control of De Souza's left arm, preventing De Souza from doing any damage.
Rodrigues looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
De Souza wants to pass the guard but Rodrigues is keeping the position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Rodrigues working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. De Souza doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Rodrigues is tightening it up a little... De Souza has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! De Souza reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! De Souza taps out! Nice BJJ there by Rodrigues!
