The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mayweather shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Fridleifsdottir tries to roll over but Mayweather keeps him under control.
Mayweather thows a huge punch but Fridleifsdottir dodges it nicely.
Mayweather looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Fridleifsdottir with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Fridleifsdottir is trying to stand back up but Mayweather is controlling him
Mayweather wants to lay and pray for a moment but Fridleifsdottir keeps working.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Mayweather is controlling the pace.
Mayweather thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

A big strike lands for Mayweather! That's really hurt Fridleifsdottir and he's turned his back - Mayweather keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Mayweather jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
