Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Andre Bowozski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nikolai Vasilyevich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bowozski has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Vasilyevich has closed the distance and engaged Bowozski in a clinch.
Bowozski gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Vasilyevich.

Bowozski breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Bowozski is breathing heavily.
Bowozski stuffs the takedown.
Vasilyevich lands with a nice body kick.
Vasilyevich fails to land with a series of punches.
Vasilyevich throws a sloppy head kick and Bowozski moves out of range easily.

Vasilyevich instigates a clinch.

Vasilyevich jumps guard and drags Bowozski to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Bowozski is looking to stand up but Vasilyevich won't let him.

Andre Bowozski has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nikolai Vasilyevich.

Vasilyevich rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bowozski moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Vasilyevich shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Bowozski defends it nicely.

Bowozski really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Vasilyevich stands up.
Vasilyevich shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bowozski as he jumps to the side.
Vasilyevich throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Bowozski's head.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bowozski throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Vasilyevich closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bowozski circles away.
Vasilyevich connects with a high kick.
Bowozski shoots in for a takedown but Vasilyevich shows good takedown defense.
Vasilyevich goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Vasilyevich has a takedown stuffed.
Vasilyevich shoots in but Bowozski avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Bowozski wants to clinch up but Vasilyevich keeps it at a distance.

Vasilyevich looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Vasilyevich scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

It looks like Andre Bowozski has been cut.

Vasilyevich moves into range and clinches up with Bowozski.

Vasilyevich pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Vasilyevich lands a big head kick that sends Bowozski tumbling to the mat! Vasilyevich takes a step backwards and waves Bowozski back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Vasilyevich shoots in but Bowozski avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Oh Bowozski is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Vasilyevich throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Bowozski is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!

Nikolai Vasilyevich spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
