Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Davis Davies (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Emilio Del Geno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davies kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Wars Of Islam. Del Geno has chosen Santino Marella - La Vittoria as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Del Geno slips a jab and a cross from Davies.
Del Geno tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Davies swivels and escapes.
Davies pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Del Geno back to the cage. Davies follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Davies moves into range and connects with a jab.
Del Geno throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Davies's waist but Davies gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Del Geno off to one side.

and Davies counters with a nice uppercut.
Davis Davies has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Emilio Del Geno.
Del Geno takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Davies loads up on a big right hand but Del Geno slips the punch.

Del Geno changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Davies looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Davies is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Del Geno off and has taken his back!

Del Geno trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble.

Davies is persistently looking for the submission but Del Geno is defending it well.
Davies is landing with strikes. Del Geno can't take much more of this.

Del Geno turns into Davies and is now in his guard.
Del Geno is looking to work some ground and pound but Davies has wrist control.

Davies is posturing up here but Del Geno has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Davies tries to roll out but it's too tight and Davies has to tap! Slick submission there by Del Geno!

Emilio Del Geno decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
