And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Salvidor Seriento!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Ivan Kurochkin and Igor Prikhodko.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Seriento misses with a kick to the body.
Strangler dips to his left and cracks Seriento with an uppercut!
Seriento takes one on the button.
Seriento wants to clinch up but Strangler keeps it at a distance.
Strangler misses with a hook. Seriento ducked under it nicely.
Seriento lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

It looks like Ollie Strangler has been cut.

A looping hook to the body misses from Strangler. Seriento does a little dance to reset his feet.
Strangler takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Seriento tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Seriento pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Strangler scores with the left hand. Seriento knows he should have avoided that one.

Strangler shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Seriento's guard.

Seriento really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Strangler. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Strangler tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

That was a close round but I would say that Ollie Strangler will probably get the nod.

Seriento avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Ollie Strangler seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Strangler avoids the head kick by Seriento.
Seriento throws a front kick aimed at Strangler's knee but Strangler avoids it well.
Salvidor Seriento seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Strangler will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Strangler has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Strangler lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Seriento is in a horrible position here. Strangler smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
