Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Xavier Morlin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vick Armstrong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morlin looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Armstrong is fending him off so far but Morlin persists. Nope, Armstrong circles away and we're back to standing.

and Armstrong counters with a nice double leg into side control. Morlin won't be happy with that.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Xavier Morlin. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Morlin is bucking up trying to escape but Armstrong cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Armstrong cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Armstrong postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Morlin out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Armstrong goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!
