Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Cubensis Azul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sho Kazuki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kazuki has chosen Effects of Hiroshima as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters circling a little - Kazuki finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

Azul tries to bum rush Kazuki with a series of wild strikes but Kazuki uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Azul shoots in for a takedown but Kazuki shows good takedown defense.

Azul bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
