And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Yves DeLean and Elvis Blanc.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Heinze instigates a clinch.
Heinze scores with a shot to the side of Addell's head.
Addell is looking to break free of the clinch but Heinze has double underhooks.
Good body shot from Heinze.

Heinze has hold of one of Addell's legs. Addell is fighting the takedown attempt but Heinze gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Heinze throws an elbow that misses. Addell uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Heinze's guard. Nice move by Addell!

Heinze kicks Addell off and gets to his feet.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Heinze lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

It looks like John Addell has been cut.
Heinze connects with a crisp jab.

Heinze moves into range and clinches up with Addell.
Heinze will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Addell up against the cage.
Heinze is looking for a takedown.
Heinze misses with a hook to the ribs.

Heinze gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Heinze wants to control from the top but Addell keeps moving.
Heinze advances position into side control!
Heinze scoring with punches and elbows.
Heinze trying to control the position but Addell is working away.
Heinze landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.
Addell looks gassed!
Heinze works to advance to full mount. Addell defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Heinze looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Addell really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Heinze. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
