Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Timbo Timberlake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Martin Caradagian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Timberlake has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Timbo Timberlake!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Chris Saunders and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Caradagian clinches up against the cage.
Caradagian is looking for a takedown.
Caradagian is trying to drag Timberlake to the mat but Timberlake just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Caradagian gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Timberlake regains guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Caradagian is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Caradagian working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Timberlake's head.
Caradagian passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Timberlake is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Caradagian in side control, just content to control the action for now.
Caradagian decides to stand up, so the ref orders Timberlake to his feet.
Timberlake keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Timbo Timberlake has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Martin Caradagian.
Timberlake tries to keep at a distance but Caradagian has taken the fight into the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Timberlake wants the takedown. Caradagian is fighting it off but Timberlake persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Caradagian's guard against the cage.
Caradagian seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Caradagian manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Timberlake manages to get himself to full guard.
Caradagian drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Caradagian as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Timberlake screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Caradagian! Nice submission victory there!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kneebar). Martin Caradagian!
A relieved looking Martin Caradagian thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
